Check availability
Check the availability of our services for your event date using our booking system.
Agree on the details
Packages, backdrop set design, graphic overlays and everything in between.
eSign contract
Sign contract online. Takes 60 seconds. Super easy, we know!
Approve concepts
Approve any artwork or any type of customization for the booth.
Get event timeline
Get a day of event timeline. Know what time we’ll be there, who your photo booth attendant will be, etc.
Phase 2: Day of Your Event
Let's talk about all of the things to expect from us when we arrive at your event.
We show up
We shoot to arrive about 1 1/2 hours before the start time. We do require having us set up by the time guests arrive.
Set up & test
Perfection is key! We will set up, make sure everything works to a "T" with no flaws.
It's party time!
Let's do this thing! Take as many photos as you can, have the time of your life.
Last call
Prior our agreed upon time is up, we’ll do a last call 15 minutes to make sure everyone gets to go home with new super fun photo memories from your event.
And that's a wrap!
We'll pack up, give high fives, hand over any flashy scrapbooks and/or thumb drives, and say see ya later alligator!
Phase 3: Event Recap
Now that the fun is over, let's talk about how you will get all of those Priceless Moments from your event.
Online gallery
We'll have your events photos posted to our online galleries within 24 hours from the contract end time. Oh yeah, time to let Aunt Flo see those crazy poses!
Download your photos
You’ll get an email with a link to download all of your photos so that you can save them forever & ever.
